With most of us distanced from family and friends this Thanksgiving season, EUMK and the Parent Council joined hands and coordinated a school wide Thanksgiving Mail a Hug Project.
Simply put, we mailed hugs to families and friends across the United States just in time for Thanksgiving.
Each child shared a hug, using their own handprints that connected to a ribbon, which was the exact size of an arm's length hug.
This school wide project not only shared a unique piece of each child with that special person, but it allowed our students the opportunity to grow their hearts.
